There is ZERO benefit to using this machine like a sling shot and disregarding the ECCENTRIC AND CONCENTRIC portions of the lift . Even more so when flopping the Pelvis under the machine into Lumbar Flexion . Which is a PRIMARY INJURY MECHANISM!!!
It’s a Tremendous exercise for the right person WHEN USED PROPERLY!!!
